Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Ewang.Cloud services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Fees & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
Use of the Services is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider incidents, and force majeure events are excluded. Remedies for missed SLAs are outlined in your service order.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 14-day grace period. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ewang.Cloud's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — TBD]. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
