Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Ewang.Cloud services. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Prohibited activities
- Illegal content: CSAM, terrorist material, content that violates export controls or sanctions.
- Network abuse: port scanning, DDoS origination, proxies for SPAM, brute-force login attempts against third parties.
- Malware:hosting, distributing, or controlling malicious software including botnets and C&C infrastructure.
- IP violations: hosting pirated software, copyrighted media without authorisation, or counterfeit goods.
- Fraud: phishing sites, fake ecommerce, carding operations, SIM-swap infrastructure.
- Cryptocurrency mining: not allowed on shared VPS plans (dedicated plans by request only).
Abuse reports
Report abuse to abuse@ewang.cloud. We respond within 24 hours for CSAM and 72 hours for other reports.

Copyright takedown requests should follow the DMCA format and be emailed to dmca@ewang.cloud.
Enforcement
We may suspend services immediately without notice for severe or ongoing violations. Lesser infractions receive a notice and 48 hours to remediate.
